Welcome to Life Connect Community!

Many of us have, or are, experiencing uncertainty and difficulties in our lives. In the midst of life challenges, it can be difficult to overcome the obstacles. Grace Chapel seeks to extend the love, hope, and care of Jesus Christ through Life Connect.

Our neighbors and partners have helped us to discover that one of the greatest needs in our local communities is on-going access to resources and life coaching for individuals and families who are faced with financial difficulties and other life transitions.

Life Connect, a six-to-twelve-month Christian program, reaches out to neighbors in Douglas and Arapahoe Counties to offer relational support and practical services to peoples who are working to gain, or regain, financial stability.

Life Connect Services

We invite you to become a participant of the Life Connect Community! Participants meet regularly with a Life Coach who will support you as you set your goals, plan your budget, and access resources and ongoing financial support to meet your goals.

Life Connect participants join together for a monthly Community Dinner, with childcare, to share a home-cooked dinner, build friendships, learn skills, and access Resource Pantry supplies. Graduates become lifelong alumni and may serve as a volunteer!

To join Life Connect select “Apply to Join” to complete an application. After we receive your application, we will schedule an interview with you to determine if Life Connect is a good match. Participants are eligible for financial assistance after one month.

Life Coaches are also available to support people who do not join Life Connect. If you have a small one-time financial need, please complete the application for financial assistance under “I Have A Need” on first page of the Grace Chapel website.
