Are you tired of having no energy or of being out of shape? G.R.O.W. Fit is the answer! Join other women of Grace in a low-impact class that keeps you moving, gets your body in physical shape, and boosts your energy leve! It is also a great way to develop fun relationship with other women. All you need to bring is a water bottle and a desire to have fun!

Dates: Every Monday and Wednesday, year round
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 P.M. in Portable 806
Cost: $2 per class or $20 for 12 classes
