Who We Are

Our Vision
At Grace Chapel, we dream of generations, neighborhoods, and cultures transformed by the presence of Christ working through us.

Our Vision in a word = Transformation

Our Mission
To build relationships with God and others and to broaden our impact for Christ.

Our Mission in a word = Relationships

Our Strategic Objectives
We measure how we are living the life of Christ with regards to our:

  •  X – Cristos (Christ) – Spiritual Formation / Intimacy with Christ
Cultivate intimacy with God and growth in Christ-like character
  • C-Community – Community with others
Intentionally share our lives and spiritual journeys as we engage culture together
  •  E-Engagement – Relationships with those far from God
Deliberately live among, listen to, and love people, connecting them to the family of Christ
  •  L-Legacy – Helping others live out XCEL in their life
Model the life and mission of Christ in our homes, then with others

Our Strategic Objectives in four letters = XCEL

Our Beliefs
The Bible - God's love letter to us. To know it is to know the One who gave it. To love it is to love the One who shared His wonderful plan with humanity. God desires for us to understand His Word that we may intelligently worship and serve Him.

We recognize the Bible as the very Word of the Living God, and are deeply committed to being, "...diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth."
(2 Timothy 2:15)
